Todd Scalise is an artist living and working in Santa Fe. Since studying painting in Rome during the early nineties, Todd has created and exhibited an elaborate body of paintings. His work has been selected to hang in the Andy Warhol Museum, The Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, and a number of galleries in New York City. Todd's work has also appeared in several national magazines such as The Progressive for Howard Zinn, Juxtapoz, and Parade. Before dedicating himself fully to painting, Todd  worked as a commercial artist in California and, briefly, as a graphic designer in advertising. He has served in higher education as an Assistant Professor of Art for institutions in Pennsylvania and New Mexico and has distinguished himself by receiving two Heinz Endowments. Currently, Todd exhibits large-scale paintings and art rugs that blur the line between art and design. Todd is represented by Living with Art Gallery in SoHo, New York.
